"Fashion Remains one of the Biggest Contributors to Modern Slavery Globally"

"The fast-fashion industry in particular is built on environmental harm and poor working conditions
which can be found at every stage of the supply chain, from the growing & harvesting of the cotton
to the manufacturing of the fabric & garments".
- Grace Forrest

Founding director and CEO of Walk Free Foundation
Walk Free is an international human rights organisation dedicated to eradicating modern slavery.

The Problem

Modern Slavery
- Over 50 million people are trapped in modern slavery
-27.6 million are in forced labour
- 1 in 4 are children
- 54% are woman and girls
Fashion Industry
- Of the 75 million garment workers, 80% are women
- Only 2% earn a living wage
- Many of these workers come from regions where they endure poverty wages and unsafe conditions

"Some believe it is only great power that can hold evil in check, but that is not what I have found. It is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay. Small acts of kindness and love."

The Solution

Fashion For Good
The good news is, we can eliminate exploitation from everyday items — including what we wear to bed. There is a growing global movement of people who want to see an end to human trafficking and exploitation. This is why so many movements like the Fashion Revolution's Who Made My Clothes Movement has risen to end this exploitation.

Our pyjamas have a purpose greater than your bedroom

Our pyjamas go beyond your bedroom — they’re stitched with purpose.

Made by women who are rebuilding their lives after human trafficking, each piece is personally signed by the woman who made it, directly connecting you with the woman who you supported with your purchase.

We’re endlessly inspired by the strength and resilience of these women, and honoured to walk alongside them. Each time a woman is given the chance to rebuild her life, it doesnt just change her story, it rewrites the future for her family, her community, and generations to follow.

This is sleepwear made with heart, made with hope — and made for more.

Meet the Makers

Meet the founders

We set-out to set women free.
When we heard the stories of young people trapped in human trafficking - it shook us, we couldn't unhear it.

Like so many people we felt the weight of injustice ....and the overwhelm of not knowing where to begin. We wanted a simple way we could all take meaningful action, so with hearts full of hope, we created Goodnap, a purpose-driven sleepwear company on a mission to put social injustice to bed.

Goodnap is so much more than sleepwear, It’s an opportunity platform creating safe, empowering training and employment for survivors of human trafficking through our partner sewing centre, AIM.
As Goodnap grows, so does the impact and you're a part of it. With every sleepwear-set you're helping set someone one up for a life of freedom and opportunity. You're helping them to rise and write the next chapter of freedom in their lives.
Because Goodnap isn’t just what you wear to sleep, it’s your invitation to change the world.
